શોરૂમમાં આવનારા ગ્રાહકોનું સ્નેહપૂર્વક સ્વાગત કરવું
ગ્રાહકોને ફર્નિચર (સોફા, બેડ, ડાઈનિંગ, વોર્ડ્રોબ વગેરે) વિશે સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી આપવી
ગ્રાહકોની જરૂરિયાત અનુસાર યોગ્ય પ્રોડક્ટ સૂચવવી
ભાવ, ઓફર, ડિસ્કાઉન્ટ અને ડિલિવરી વિશે સમજાવવું
સેલ્સ ઓર્ડર બનાવવામાં અને બિલિંગ પ્રક્રિયામાં મદદ કરવી
શોરૂમમાં પ્રોડક્ટ્સની સફાઈ અને ડિસ્પ્લે વ્યવસ્થિત રાખવી
સ્ટોક વિશે બેસિક જાણકારી રાખવી
ગ્રાહકો સાથે સારો સંબંધ જાળવી રાખવો
