Sales Manager - Home Loans and LAP| Ahmedabad

1) Out of the box thinking and taking new initiatives to expand the business 2) Strong focus on control and compliance and should be process driven 3) Work closely with credit, operations, technology, customer service functions to deliver a superior customer experience • Create network of channel partners / DSA for acquisition of affordable housing business• Responsible for identifying channel partner / DSA to on board and to make them profitable• Responsible for generating NTB business from open market• Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per the targets assigned• Carry out the pre and post-loan activities related to affordable housing loans• Working closely with channel partners to deliver productivity in affordable housing segments• Build a sustainable & cost-effective business origination /sourcing model to originate good quality portfolio• Getting legal, credit and technical documents completed for the loan proposal and resolve customer’s queries• Financial analysis, initial risk assessment, presenting the loan applications to the Sanctioning team, portfolio administration, prioritizing the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolio quality• Strong focus on control and compliance and should be process driven• Management of collections part of the business and strong control on NPA and Pre-NPA reduction Experience Range : 4 to 7 Years Qualifications :Graduate (Any Specialisation)MBA
