Sales Manager-Retail Sales-Retail Sales
Job Role Overview: The Sales Manager for the ETB (Existing to Bank) Credit Card Channel is responsible for driving credit card sales to existing bank customers through outbound calling campaigns. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experience
- Develop and implement calling strategies to maximize credit card penetration among existing customers.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and monitor performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Monitor call quality and maintain high standards of customer interaction.
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Analyse conversion ratios and suggest process improvements.
- Work closely with credit card operations, risk, and marketing teams for smooth on-boarding and campaign execution.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in credit card sales, preferably in ETB channel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
