Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns online for medical products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Handle online sales inquiries received through website, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and provide accurate product information.
• Generate and convert online leads into sales orders.
• Prepare and send quotations, product details, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships.
• Support digital marketing and social media teams in sales-related activities.

Required Skills:

•    Understanding of marketing principles and digital tools.
•    Excellent communication skills.
•    Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree.
•    Prior marketing experience preferred but not required.
