Role Overview -

The Sales and Marketing Executive will focus on building strong relationships with property brokers, channel partners, and builders to generate a steady flow of qualified interior design leads.

The role requires consistent field interaction, relationship management, and representation of the Houming brand across residential projects that are nearing possession.

The position sits at the intersection of sales outreach, partnerships, and on ground brand presence.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner Network DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with property brokers and channel partners (CPs).
  • Identify active brokers working in near possession residential projects.
  • Create a structured network of partners who can refer interior design leads.
  • Develop working relationships with developers and sales teams of residential projects.
  • Visit project sites and understand upcoming possession timelines.
  • Position Houming as a trusted interior design partner for their buyers.
  • Generate qualified leads through the broker and builder ecosystem.
  • Track all potential leads and maintain follow ups.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for client meetings and consultations.
  • Represent Houming at project sites, broker offices, and industry interactions.
  • Share company profiles, brochures, and campaign information with partners.
  • Maintain a professional and trustworthy brand presence.
  • Support on ground marketing initiatives such as:
  • site branding
  • project stalls
  • broker engagement events
  • residential campaign activities


  • Maintain a database of brokers, projects, and leads.
  • Submit weekly updates on:
  • partner meetings
  • leads generated
  • project opportunities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of the real estate ecosystem
