Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our premium range of ceiling, wall paneling, and flooring products. You will be the face of the company, bridging the gap between our products and the visionaries who design spaces—Architects, Interior Designers (A&ID), and Developers. ### Key Responsibilities

* B2B Networking & Specification: Identify and build strong relationships with Architects and Interior Designers to get our products "specified" in their ongoing and upcoming projects.

* Dealer Development: Strategically expand our market reach by identifying, appointing, and managing a robust network of Dealers and Distributors.

* Direct & Influencer Sales: Handle direct customer inquiries and close deals through the influencer network (Architects/Designers) or via our authorized dealers.

* Site Visits & Technical Coordination: Visit ongoing construction sites to monitor ceiling and wall paneling installation progress, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.


* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new interior design materials to position our products effectively.

* Lead Generation: Proactively identify new commercial and residential projects in the region through field visits and networking events.


Required Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales within the Building Materials, Furniture, or Interior industry.

* Network: An existing rapport with local Architects and Interior Designers is highly preferred.

* Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic floor plans and understand the technicalities of ceiling/flooring installation.

* Communication: Fluent in [Insert Language, e.g., Hindi/Gujarati/English] with a persuasive personality.

* Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively for site visits and meetings.
