(FMCG + Co‑working Space)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead two key business verticals:

  1. B2B Sales for an FMCG Product, and
  2. Marketing & Operations Support for a Co‑working Space.

This is a high‑ownership role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and managing day‑to‑day marketing activities across diverse business lines.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales – FMCG Product

  • Make outbound B2B calls to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential buyers for the FMCG product line.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals.
  • Conduct product presentations, share samples, and negotiate pricing where required.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients and ensure repeat orders.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

2. Marketing & Management – Co‑working Space

  • Handle walk‑ins, inquiries, and tours of the co‑working facility.
  • Manage daily operations including seat allocation, member onboarding, and basic admin coordination.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, email, and local outreach.
  • Build partnerships with startups, freelancers, and corporates to increase occupancy.
  • Create promotional content, offers, and events to boost visibility and footfall.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and member satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, tele calling, or business development (FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and basic operations.
  • Comfortable making high‑volume B2B calls and meeting monthly targets.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotions.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
