Job Summary


We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Kalptaru Sugar products to retail stores, collect orders, and expand our distribution network. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG sales, good communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


Visit retail shops daily to promote Kalptaru Sugar and ensure product visibility.


Take orders from retail stores and ensure timely collection and delivery coordination.


Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.


Identify and appoint new distributors in assigned territories.


Ensure consistent market coverage and track competitor activity.


Meet monthly sales, collection, and distribution targets.


Monitor stock levels at retail and distributor points to ensure product availability.


Prepare daily visit reports and update sales performance regularly.


Handle market feedback and communicate insights to the management team.


Qualifications & Skills


Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG/food product sales (experience in sugar or grocery category preferred).


Skills:


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Good knowledge of local markets and retail network


Ability to build long-term customer relationships


Basic reporting and documentation skills


Own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
