Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. The role requires expertise in handling sales processes, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Quotation and Proposal Preparation
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
Sales Order Preparation
- Create detailed sales orders based on finalized quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and delivery.
Order Execution and Coordination
- Oversee Purchase Order (PO) execution and coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery.
- Ensure smooth handover of deliverables to clients.
Email Marketing and Lead Tracking
- Draft and execute email campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Monitor and analyze the success of email marketing efforts using tracking tools.
AMC Contract Renewal Follow-Up
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for AMC contract renewals and ongoing requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of renewal processes to maintain client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including lead status, sales pipeline, and achieved targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback.
Client Relationship Management and Cold Calling
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Maintain regular interactions with clients to build and sustain long-term relationships.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and networking.
- Proactively reach out to prospects to create new opportunities.
