Sales & Marketing Executive

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Sales & Client Handling (Walk-in & Calling)

Showroom Sales: Welcome clients ("Parties") who visit the office, professionally demonstrate product features, and explain pricing/schemes.

Order Booking: Convert visits into sales and accurately record orders.

Tele-Sales: Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to share new arrivals, take orders, and follow up on pending payments.

Client Relations: Maintain a helpful and polite attitude to ensure long-term "Party" loyalty.

2. Office Administration 

Computer Operations: Manage daily data entry, maintain sales records in Excel/Software, and handle professional email correspondence.

Office Upkeep: Ensure the office and display area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor office stock and samples to ensure everything is ready for client demonstrations.

3. Reporting & Coordination

Daily Updates: Prepare daily reports of walk-in counts, calls made, and total orders booked.

Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments for orders taken.

*Skills & Requirements*

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and basic internet/email usage.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).

Sales Instinct: Natural ability to "convince" and close deals with visiting parties.

Personality: Punctual, honest, and well-groomed (as you are the first point of contact for clients).
