• Experience in Construction/Steel Industry: Prior experience in selling PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) or industrial roofing solutions is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of metal fabrication, structural strength, and waterproofing.
• Business Development: Ability to negotiate with high-level decision-makers.
• Communication Skills: Strong in explaining technical advantages to non-technical clients.
