Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, strengthen our brand presence, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through direct sales, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

Marketing:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
