Know your customers with following Details: (Name / Tel No./ Email ID / Business Regi./ VAT Regi./ Nature of Business / Key products which they buy / Key products which they Manufacture) or Update Client Information Form.
Follow up on Orders from Clients within your Organisational Team and Ensure smooth Process, Execution and Delivery.
Update Clients with Status Update related to their Ongoing Orders’ on a Daily & Weekly Basis.
Generate New Enquiries from Clients on Weekly and Monthly Basis.
Update all Enquiries from Clients into “FMS” Flowchart Monitoring System.
Follow Steps of FMS and Execute the Task within its Turnaround Time “TAT”.
 Analyze and Evaluate possible Solutions to Problems / Queries raised by customers and assist them with correct solution / Information, if still not resolved then connect with the relevant Senior Problem Solver.
 Maintain a History / Log book of Communication with Customers to ensure they are not over contacted as well as They are not Ignored.
Work with the Marketing Team to deliver Promotional, Advertisable Contents / Texts across all customers and markets.
