About the Role


Synerge Paper Industries LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to manage office-based B2B sales operations, including domestic and export customer coordination.


This role focuses on handling inquiries, generating leads through online channels, client communication, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and order coordination. You will work closely with international buyers, buying houses, and garment factories, with all interactions managed from the office via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.


This role does not involve field sales or travel.


Key Responsibilities


A. Sales, Client Communication & Lead Management 


1. Handle inbound B2B inquiries from IndiaMART, website forms, emails, and LinkedIn

2. Generate new B2B leads independently through online research, portals, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals

3. Communicate with domestic and export customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

4. Understand customer requirements related to product type, GSM, size, and application

5. Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and sample information

6. Follow up consistently until order confirmation and payment alignment

7. Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and bulk orders



B. Export & International Client Coordination 


1. Communicate with international buyers and export customers via professional email and calls

2. Coordinate sample requests, order details, and timelines for export clients

3. Work with internal teams to ensure export orders are executed as committed

4. Maintain clear and professional communication aligned with international business standards

5. Support basic export documentation coordination when required


C. Marketing & Digital Outreach 


1. Manage and update product listings on IndiaMART and other B2B platforms

2. Support LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns for lead generation

3. Coordinate with the design team for brochures, catalogs, and product decks

4. Track competitor pricing, product offerings, and market activity

5. Assist in preparation for exhibitions, trade shows, and client outreach


Other requirements/ Required Skills & Qualifications: 


1. 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development 

2. Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 

3. Excellent English communication (spoken & written); Hindi required 

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools 

5. Experience with IndiaMART, LinkedIn lead generation, or export clients is an advantage 

6. Exposure to manufacturing, textile, paper, or packaging industry is a plus 

7. Comfortable with desk-based sales work and regular follow-ups 

8. Interested in manufacturing, industrial, and export markets 

9. Able to generate leads independently and not rely only on inbound inquiries 

10. Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
