Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (mandatory)

Job Description: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience to promote products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets by meeting customers in the field.

• Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Generate new leads and expand customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Salary:Fixed salary + incentives (as applicable)
