Position: Retail Sales Executive

Company: COTFIT (Premium Mattress & Sleep Products Manufacturer)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Retail Showroom

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (plus incentives on sales targets and performance bonuses upto ₹10,000)

Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales (furniture/mattresses preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their sleep needs (e.g., back pain, firmness preferences), and recommend COTFIT mattresses/pillows for optimal matches.
• Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets through upselling accessories like protectors or bed frames and building repeat client relationships.
• Demonstrate mattress features (e.g., trial lies, material benefits) and handle objections to close deals efficiently.
• Maintain showroom tidiness, update displays seasonally, and track inventory to avoid stockouts.
• Process billing via POS, manage payments, and collect feedback to relay to operations for product improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

12th Pass (Bachelor’s in Business/Sales preferred) ​

Experience

1+ years retail sales; mattress/bedding sales a plus

Skills

- Excellent Hindi/Gujarati/English communication

- Persuasive selling & customer handling

- Basic POS/computer skills

- Product knowledge (trainable on COTFIT range)

- Flexible for shifts/weekends
