Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell company products/services by visiting customers in assigned territories. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
• Maintain daily sales activity reports
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, Pharma, Real Estate, B2B, etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
• Willingness to travel extensively
