Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and strategic B2B Field Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and implementing marketing strategies to promote our travel services. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the corporate travel market and excellent sales and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential corporate clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate travel solutions to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and ROI.
  • Provide personalized travel solutions and exceptional customer service to corporate clients.
  • Marketing Activities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop B2B marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and corporate networking events to promote our services.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and CRM systems to manage and track marketing activities and leads.
  • Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's B2B client base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.


  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within the corporate sector.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
