Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, your primary mission is to expand our market footprint by selling high-quality solar products—including GI Structure, FRP Products, and DC/AC Distribution panels. You will work with distributors, contractors, and direct commercial clients to provide the "engine" behind their renewable energy projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Product Sales: Drive revenue by selling our catalog of solar components (GI Structure, FRP Products, and DC/AC Distribution panels) to B2B and B2C clients.
  • Technical Consulting: Analyze client energy requirements to recommend the most efficient hardware configurations.
  • Channel Development: Build and maintain relationships with local installers and developers to ensure our products are their first choice for every project.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales funnel within the CRM, from cold outreach to post-sale follow-up.
  • Incentive Navigation: Educate clients on current 2026 federal and state solar tax credits to accelerate the closing process.


Core Competencies:

  • The "Closer" Mindset: A hunter's mentality with a proven ability to hit monthly and quarterly volume targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: You don't need to be an engineer, but you must understand the technical parameters and explain ratings clearly.
  • Negotiation: Ability to manage price objections and leverage bulk-buy discounts to win large-scale contracts.
  • Presentation: Comfortable delivering product demos and "lunch and learns" for architectural or engineering firms.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales (solar, electrical, or industrial equipment).
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Environmental Science preferred.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic solar modeling software.
