Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Head – Real EstateJob SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Head – Real Estate will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, marketing initiatives, channel partner management, and revenue generation for real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, team management, and the ability to drive sales targets while building brand positioning in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve project-wise revenue targets.
· Drive direct sales, channel sales, and institutional sales.
· Monitor sales pipeline, closures, and collections.
· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Marketing Strategy & Branding· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, etc.).
· Oversee brand positioning and promotional activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
· Coordinate with agencies for advertising, digital marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
· Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly.
3. Channel Partner & Broker Management· Appoint and manage channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
· Maintain strong relationships with channel sales networks.
· Organize broker meets and promotional events.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
· Set KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for the team.
· Conduct regular reviews and provide strategic direction.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis· Conduct market research on pricing, demand trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior.
· Suggest pricing strategies and product positioning in coordination with management.
6. CRM & Customer Management· Oversee CRM system management and lead tracking processes.
· Ensure timely follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
· Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to possession.
7. Collections & Coordination· Ensure timely payment collections as per agreement terms.
· Coordinate with Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for documentation and compliance.
8. Reporting & MIS· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, lead conversion reports, and forecasting reports.
· Present performance updates to senior management.
9. Other Responsibilities· Perform any additional strategic or operational responsibilities assigned by management.
