Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Photo Books & Gifting Products

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in photo books, gifting, printing, or allied industries)

Age Limit: 35 to 45 years

Gender: Male only

Qualification:

* Minimum graduate from a recognised university

*          MBA / Master’s in Marketing will be preferred (3 years experience will be given chance)

Job Responsibilities:

*          Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets

*          Manage present sales calling staff.

*          Appoint, manage, and grow a network of resellers, dealers, and distributors

           *          Travel extensively to meet existing and prospective resellers/dealers

*          Promote and sell company products including photo books, albums, photo prints, and photo gifting products

*          Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure repeat business

           *          Identify new markets and business opportunities

           *          Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations

           *          Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

*          Coordinate with production, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order execution

*          Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on a regularbasis

Skills & Requirements:

           *          Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

           *          Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi proficiency will be given preference

           *          Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories

           *          Ability to work independently and achieve targets

           *          Good communication and presentation skills

           *          Knowledge of dealer/distributor-based sales model

           *          Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
