Sales Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identifying potential clients in industries like construction, manufacturing, or engineering, and building long-term partnerships.
• Project Bidding & Negotiation: Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitability while staying competitive.
• Technical Understanding: Having enough knowledge of fabrication processes (metalwork, machining, welding, etc.) to communicate effectively with clients and align sales with production capabilities.
• Coordination with Production: Acting as the bridge between customers and the fabrication team to ensure timelines, quality, and specifications are met.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position services effectively.
• Brand Promotion: Developing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows) to highlight fabrication expertise and attract new clients.
• Lead Generation: Using online platforms, networking, and advertising to bring in new business opportunities.
• Strategic Growth: Creating marketing strategies that align with sales targets and company expansion goals.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing
