Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase market presence, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.

Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.

Manage client relationships and key accounts.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Coordinate with production, operations, and support teams.

Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of sales strategies, marketing channels, and branding.

Ability to manage targets and budgets.

Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B / B2C sales.

Industry experience (Manufacturing, EPC, Real Estate, FMCG, Services).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
