Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and contact small industrialists, MSME units, startups, and entrepreneurs engaged in manufacturing activities or planning to start new manufacturing units.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Explain our subsidy advisory and loan consultancy services to potential clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of client interactions and leads.
• Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and convincing skills (Gujarati & Hindi preferred).
• Basic understanding or interest in manufacturing, MSME, finance, or government schemes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to interact confidently with business owners and entrepreneurs.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Monthly Salary (as per experience)
• Attractive Incentive Structure (performance-based)
• No cap on incentives for deserving performers
