Job Description:- 1) Stock Checking of gold and diamond jewellery. 2) Display all Jewellery items on the counter in the correct order as per the approved format. Make sure all trays are filled without any empty slots. 3) Check the quality and quantity of the products (stock calculation). 4) Attend to customers independently and resolve their queries and doubts. 5) Take care of the customers with sitting arrangements and refreshments. 6) Resolve customer's reservation/modification/cancellation/ exchange/home delivery, etc. 7) Product price evaluation, mention the correct value of the jewellery to the customers, enter in the counting slip and then hand it over to the cash counter personally. 8) Knowledge of Hallmarking, reduction percentage on old gold purchase-why and how policy 9) Knowledge of GIA certification and Rappaport 10) Knowledge of diamond grades and 4Cs.
