Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team for our new EdTech initiative Microskills Academy and Australian Institute of Engineering (AIE).

Microskills Academy offers short, industry-ready online courses designed for engineering students and professionals who want to upskill and stay competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Microskills Academy’s online short courses to students and institutions.

Develop partnerships with education agents, colleges, and training providers.

Execute effective marketing and outreach campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, education marketing, or EdTech business development.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation:

Salary no bar for the right candidate.
