Hiring Sales Officer (On-roll) – Two Wheeler Loan (NBFC) – Ahmedabad

Hiring On-roll Sales Officer responsible for end-to-end processing of two-wheeler loan cases sourced from dealership sales executives and ensuring timely DO/DM generation from an allocated showroom in Ahmedabad.

 *Candidate profile* 

Cibil score - 700+ mandatory.

 *Education* : 12th pass with experience//Graduate in any discipline; candidates with experience in NBFC/banking/two-wheeler or vehicle finance will be preferred.

 *Experience* : 0–3+ years in loans/vehicle finance/front-line sales or operations; *fresher* with strong learning attitude can also be considered. 

 *Compensation and benefits* 

Fixed salary range approximately ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month in-hand (higher for relevant experience and performance, as per company norms).

Attractive incentive structure with high earning potential on every disbursed file, subject to achievement of monthly targets and quality parameters.

On-roll position with PF/ESI and other statutory benefits as per company policy for eligible employees.
