Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and street-smart Sales Officer to expand our distribution network. The ideal candidate will handle sales of Let’s Sushii rolling papers to traders, wholesalers, and retail shops. You’ll be responsible for increasing market presence, building strong relationships, and ensuring visibility of the brand across local markets.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new traders, distributors, and retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and growth objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition, stock levels, and pricing trends.
- Ensure brand visibility through effective placement and merchandising at retail stores.
- Collect feedback from retailers and report market insights to the management team.
- Handle order bookings, follow-ups, and timely payment collections.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply team for smooth delivery operations.
- Requirements:Proven experience in FMCG or smoking accessories sales (rolling papers, cigarettes, lighters, etc. preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Street knowledge of local markets and retail trade networks.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at building relationships.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
