Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join Food Square in Ahmedabad. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards
• Handle billing and cash transactions (if required)
• Ensure proper display and replenishment of food items
• Support kitchen and service staff during peak hours
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Work as a team to deliver a great customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Prior experience in F&B or retail is a plus (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
