Job Description

Role Purpose

To drive primary and secondary sales, expand distribution, and ensure strong in-store execution for Moonfreeze Foods’ product portfolio across assigned territory, with a focus on General Trade and OTC outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (primary & secondary) for the territory
  • Appoint, manage, and drive performance of distributors / stockists
  • Ensure effective market coverage, beat planning, and outlet productivity
  • Increase numeric and weighted distribution across GT / OTC channels
  • Ensure strong visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution
  • Execute trade schemes, promotions, and launches as per plan
  • Track and improve TC/PC, order value, and outlet coverage
  • Collect market intelligence on competition, pricing, and consumer trends
  • Ensure timely collection, adherence to credit norms, and stock hygiene

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1–4 years in FMCG Sales (GT and/or OTC background)
  • Exposure to distributor handling and frontline sales execution
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and channel operations
  • Hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
  • Working knowledge of SFA / DMS preferred
