Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients (schools, colleges, and organizations), introducing them to Vtalix’s mental health solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships to drive partnerships and subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, including school principals, college deans, HR heads, and corporate wellness leaders.
  • Conduct in-person visits to present Vtalix’s platform and its benefits for mental health and well-being.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and seminars to increase engagement and visibility.

Sales & Strategy

  • Understand client needs deeply and tailor Vtalix’s offerings to meet their specific wellness objectives.
  • Convert prospects into paying clients through effective pitching, negotiation, and value demonstration.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, meetings, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
