Sales & Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and smart Engineer for position of Sales and Service Engineer based at Ahmedabad. As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing prompt service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Generate new business through networking and prospecting activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide prompt after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, preferably in the Diagnostics Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
