Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process incoming inquiries for orders with introduction to the brand, material and products details and ensure all technical specifications (dimensions, finish, colour) are accurately communicated to the clients via formal quotations.
• Quoting & Invoicing: Prepare detailed price quotes and follow up on order confirmation and on outstanding payments or deposits.
• Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates on lead times and delivery schedules.
• CRM Maintenance: Keep our customer database up to date with accurate notes on project status and communication history.
• Logistics Support: Coordinate with delivery team to ensure fragile products arrive safely and on time for the clients.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in sales support, logistics, or administrative roles (preferably in construction, interior design, or manufacturing).
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail (missing a measurement in stone is a big deal!).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic accounting software.
• Communication: A professional, calm demeanor when handling complex logistics or demanding client timelines and negotiations.
