We are looking for a sales and support executive to join our fantastic team
We are a FinTech startup helping MSMEs in simplifying billing. Our product is Go GST Bill.
Responsibility:
- Provide support over the Phone & AnyDesk
- Outbound Sales Call
- New User Onboarding
- Providing Email support
- Creating support articles
- Help new users with account setup
- Provide demo to new users
- WhatsApp and Chat support
- Followup with clients
Requirement:
- Fluent English & Hindi communication is a must
- Strong Communication Skills
- Prior experience will be a plus point
