Job Description
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The role includes planning sales activities, monitoring performance, ensuring discipline, and driving consistent revenue growth.
- ๐ Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Assign daily duties, locations, and shifts to team members
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure minimum targets are met (e.g., โน10,000 per day per person)
- Ensure team members reach duty locations on time and follow company guidelines
- Track attendance, discipline, and work ethics of the team
- Ensure all staff share online screenshots, reports, and daily closing updates
- Train new staff and continuously improve team performance
- Handle customer issues and support the team in closing sales
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with management and HR for staffing, incentives, and performance issues
- Maintain brand image and professionalism at all sales locations

- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp reporting
- Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability

- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1โ3 years experience in sales or team handling role
