Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Telecaller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products according to our needs, handling queries, and closing sales over the phone. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and CRM software to maintain customer records and track follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products according to the consumer needs.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product.
• Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call logs in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Report daily performance and sales activities to the team leader.

Requirements :

• Graduate's are preferred.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or sales software.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
