About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role demands professionalism, strong communication skills, and a passion for travel. As the right hand to the CEO, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, plan travel, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities


🔹 Executive Support & Administration

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized records and handle sensitive information with discretion.


🔹 Meeting & Project Coordination:

  • Arrange and prepare meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
  • Assist with ongoing projects, track progress, and share updates with the CEO.


🔹 Travel & Events

  • Organize domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries).
  • Handle travel expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Assist in planning company events, conferences, and executive off-sites.


🔹 Communication & Liaison

  • Act as a professional bridge between the CEO and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication within the organization.


Who We’re Looking For:


  • Female candidates only (mandatory).
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Passionate about travel ✈️ (must enjoy planning & coordinating trips).
  • Presentable, confident, and flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
