Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol assigned areas regularly (on foot or by vehicle)
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Control entry and exit of people and vehicles
- Check identification and maintain visitor logs
- Respond to emergencies such as fire, theft, or disturbances
- Report suspicious activities and incidents
- Enforce company rules, safety policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with police or emergency services when required
- Perform security checks of buildings, gates, and equipment
- Required SkillsGood observation and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and alertness
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Honesty and integrity
- QualificationsMinimum: High school (10th/12th pass)
- Prior experience in security (preferred but not always required)
- Basic training or certification in security services (if applicable)
- Working ConditionsMay include day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Outdoor and indoor duty
- Long standing or walking hours
