Responsibilities

Security Strategy Management  

Executive Management

  • Perform administrative tasks for CSO including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing reports, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, compiling documents for travel-related meetings, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the schedule of CSO is followed and respected. 
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CSO, with senior management on matters related to CSO's programmatic initiatives.
  • Prioritize and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CSO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. 
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CSO office and internal departments
  • Work closely and effectively with the CSO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. 
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, and follow-through on projects to successful completion

Senior Management Liaison

  • Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
  • Assist in coordination of the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings
  • Facilitate cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans

Communication and Outreach

  • Ensure that schedule of CSO is kept updated and respond to requests for materials regarding the CSO and the organization, in general.
  • Review and edit first drafts for written communications to external stake holders
  • Follows up on contacts made by the CSO and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships 

Administrative Management

  • Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.
  • Replenish office materials such as snacks, printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.
  • Answer main phone line and respond to inquiries.

Provide event management support, when required

  • Act as the CSO's administrative liaison to senior management
  • Engage with external departments for services & integration.
  • Coordinate with the Security team and Technology team to manage the operational interactions and performance assessment of the empanelled partners based on guidelines and SOPs.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream

Experiences:

  • More than 2 years of experience in security operations in a reputed organization.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Rich experience interfacing with all levels of management; Experience of managing complex stakeholder interactions and leading discussions with top management

Experience implementing latest technology tools, systems, and applications in Security operations
