Job DescriptionSynergy Air Systems is hiring a Senior AC Technician with strong experience in industrial and commercial HVAC systems. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC across multiple industries.

• Key Responsibilities

• Servicing, Installation, Testing and commissioning HVAC systems like Ducted Units Cassette AC, Split AC, Ducted AC, AHUs, chillers & VRF/VRV
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• AMC Routine maintenance Services, Updates on Filed Service Reports
• Supervise junior technicians and site teams
• Follow safety standards and maintain service records

• Requirements

• 10th Pass or ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical
• 1+ years experience in industrial or commercial HVAC
• Ability to read & write reports for Customer Services / Job Sheet Preparation
• Strong troubleshooting and site coordination skills
