Job description:

We are seeking a Accountant with Minimum 2-3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recording sales and purchase transactions in Tally
• Managing bank entries, payments, and bank reconciliation
• Handling GST reconciliation and TDS-related activities
• GST DATA Reconciliation
• Generating and cancelling E-Way Bills and E-Invoices
• Coordinating payment follow-ups with customers and vendors
• Preparing reports and documentation using MS Excel and Word
• Drafting and managing professional email communication
• Prepare and maintain the Daily Report Sheet
• Record and monitor Tour and Travel Expenses and Book Porter
• Follow up on Outstanding Collections
• Perform Ledger checking for all parties
• Maintain and update the Payment Sheet
• Handle purchase orders end-to-end
• Coordinate with stores/warehouse for inward material
• Track delivery schedules and resolve supply issues

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

Proficiency in Tally

Working knowledge of GST and TDS

Good organizational and communication skills
