Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead the accounting function, manage a team of junior accountants, ensure accurate financial reporting, and handle all statutory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete financial accounting and bookkeeping
Supervise, train, and support junior accountants
Finalization of accounts
Handle GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax compliance
Prepare monthly MIS reports
Cash-flow planning and budget monitoring
Coordinate with auditors, CA, and senior management
Vendor and client account reconciliation
Manage entries in Tally / Zoho / ERP systems
Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA preferred
5–12 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, income tax, and statutory compliance
Proven leadership & team management skills
Excellent communication and financial reporting abilities
