Senior Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

  Manage full-cycle accounting operations for factory/manufacturing unit

  Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

  Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

  Monitor and control all factory expenses (labor, raw materials, utilities, maintenance, logistics, etc.)

  Perform cost accounting, including product costing and variance analysis

  Track raw material consumption and production costs

  Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation

  Prepare financial statements and management reports

  Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts

  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

  Support internal and external audits

  Analyze financial data to improve cost efficiency and profitability

  Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
