Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory and company requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and present MIS reports — including profitability analysis, expense tracking, variance reports, and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors (internal and external) for timely completion of audits.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in cash flow management and working capital optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, HR) for accurate data and reporting.
