Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant with a strong background in Management Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a CA Inter or CA dropout, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage day to-day accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and contribute to strategic decision-making through insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Record and manage sales transactions, including invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation of accounts receivable. • Accurately process and classify purchase invoices and allocate expenses appropriately.

• Reconcile inter-company transactions, ensuring consistency across entities.

• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements – balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.

• Conduct variance analysis and report discrepancies in revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics.

• Collaborate with other departments to collect and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting.

• Participate in enhancing accounting processes and implementing improved financial controls.

Keep up to date with relevant accounting standards and regulatory changes. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: CA Inter or CA dropout (Mandatory), Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

• Experience: 1–3 years in accounting with a focus on management accounting and financial reporting

• Age: Below 28 years

• Technical Skills: o Proficient in Tally and MS Excel o Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines o
