Job Description
- Processing & Payment of Supplier Invoices.
- Responsible for query resolution, Supplier Statement Reconciliation.
- Preparation of Payment.
- Raising Invoices, Monthly Statements to Customers, Reconciling Bank Receipts and allocating to Sales Ledger.
- Reconciliation of the bank statements.
- Coordinate with Transporter for Inward & Pitward of Material
- Generate E Way Bills
- Able to ERP System
- Processing & Payment of Supplier Invoices as per Terms including TDS, GST, and early settlement discounts.
- Responsible for query resolution, Supplier Statement Reconciliation.
- Preparation of Payment Batches.
- Raising Invoices, Monthly Statements to Customers, Reconciling Bank Receipts and allocating to Sales Ledger.
- Reconciliation of the bank statements for the legal entities being processed in India.
