Senior Accountant

 Job Role & Responsibilities -

-      Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and Ledger Maintains. (Ledger Scrutiny)

-      Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule And with input from the rest of the accounting department.

-      Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO with conducting audits and ITR Audits.

-      Prepare monthly & Quarterly & annual data for GSTR - 1 & 3B of SCIPL, SIPL, KM SIR, DAKSHAM SIR.

-      Prepare quarterly data & Annual for advance tax.

-      Liasoning with Directors for Finalization of Books of Accounts.

-      Prepare data for monthly & quarterly & Annually TDS & TCS filling

-      Submit audited data to CS for MCA filing.

-      Prepare Quarterly Data For IGCR Filling.

-      Salary Preparation -SCIPL & SIPL

-      Import Documents Verification, Import E-way Bill Prepare

-      MIS Reports

-      Cost Sheet

-      Budget Planning

-      Prepare Tally Data for Daksham sir, KM Sir & KM HUF

-      Pass Journal Entries of Discounts, Courier charges, TDS Receivables

-      Prepare data as per the deadline & complete the entire task before the deadline.

-      Personal ITR – Finalise Personal Accounts and send Data to Consultant for ITR Filling

-      Emails Reply - check whether Mail replies give on time or not.

-      Phone communication , Whatsapp communication

-      Other Work As suggested by Mehul Sir.Job Description
