Job Description
- Maintain end-to-end books of accounts and pepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements up to finalization.
- Handle manufacturing accounting including:
- Raw material (cashew nut) procurement accounting
- Process costing, yield analysis, and wastage control
- Finished goods valuation and batch-wise costing
- Manage inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, including stock reconciliation with production and stores.
- Monitor production costs, overhead allocation, and cost variance analysis to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, FSSAI-related accounting, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle vendor payments, receivables, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, margin analysis, and management dashboards.
- Support internal, statutory, and GST audits, including documentation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial and inventory reporting.
- Implement and monitor internal controls related to inventory, costing, and financial processes.
