Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and hands-on experience with accounting software and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records and manage daily financial transactions

Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations and statutory requirements

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and documentation

Perform account reconciliations including bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations

Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking processes

Assist in audits and support financial closing activities

Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants when required

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Working knowledge of GST & TDS compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel

Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems

Strong numerical and analytical skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage reconciliations and financial documentation efficiently

Educational Qualification

B.Com or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting

Experience

2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in a CA firm
