1 Objective: Purpose of the job (specify overall purpose of the role (why it exists) and its primary output):

The OMP Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Supply Planning team by ensuring smooth daily operations within the OMP planning system. This role focuses on troubleshooting, issue escalation, training support, and maintaining system data accuracy to enable planners to operate effectively.

2 Key Accountabilities: (specify required outputs from the role)

• Work closely with Senior Planners to support Supply Planners with daily OMP issues on the shop floor.
• Monitor and check planning reports to identify OMP problem areas.
• Escalate critical issues by creating and following up on OMP tickets.
• Document and update internal training materials (slides, guides, manuals).
• Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to enhance system usability.
• Deliver OMP onboarding sessions for new joiners.
• Maintain and update a log of all system issues with the support of the planning team.
• Perform OMP Master Data updates and ensure data accuracy.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning or ERP/system support

- Hands-on working experience with OMP

- OMP Master data understanding (Data manager)

- Basic SAP Knowledge

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Basic knowledge of algorithms/programming skills

- Very good use of English
